SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

Owing to the geographical and the logistical concerns as our items & products are flown in directly from Europe & USA, we endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 72 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. Yellow White and Rose ensures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders are delivered for free of charge

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

There are no additional charges. The total payable amount indicated on the individual items

DELIVERY TIME

This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However we endeavour to deliver orders within 7 to 10 Business days (excludes public holidays)

PAYMENT MODE

You can pay Online through Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Debit cards, IMPS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Return Policy is in conjunction with our Refund Policy, which states as below:

No Questions Asked Policy

We have a no questions asked Return & Exchange policy, in case of any manufacturing defects in your esteemed order. We only request that photographs and information of the same be shared with us within 7 days of delivery for a speedy and prompt resolution.

Conditions for Returns

We request that returned apparel be unused, with all tags attached and in the same condition that it was received. Returns are not possible when:

  1. Return is initiated after 15 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Items of the order are used.

  3. The tags of the items are removed.

Non-Returnable Categories

We do not accept returns on the following categories:

  1. Innerwear

  2. Swimwear

  3. Towels

  4. Jewellery

  5. Watches

  6. Sunglasses

  7. Cufflinks

Refunds

A full-value refund to the original source of payment shall be processed immediately in the event that we are unable to address and offer a solution to any & all lapses, in case of any manufacturing defects in orders.

Color & Measurement Variations

Please note that slight variations from the photography on the site / social media, in lightness, saturation, +1.5/-1.5 inches deviation from relative display, are all accepted from this.

Undelivered Packages

In the event that our logistics partner is unable to make a delivery to the customer in 3 attempts and the product is returned to us, we shall not be liable for the payment for the return package.

Initiating Returns or Exchanges

For returns or exchanges, please send us an email at care@yellowwhiteandrose.com with your proof of purchase, pictures of the product and we will be happy to exchange the same.
